Through our partnership with Life Pacific University, students pursue their academic degree through LPU while participating in the local community, mentorship, leadership development, and ministry experience provided through JC College.


Understanding Your Investment


Students receive their academic education through Life Pacific University while participating in the local JC College Church Partner experience.


LPU tuition and applicable university fees are determined by Life Pacific University. JC College may also have applicable local program or Church Partner fees. Students should complete the appropriate financial-aid process and work directly with Life Pacific University's Student Financial Services team to determine their individual eligibility, financial-aid options, and estimated out-of-pocket cost.


Estimated Cost


The estimated JC College cost is approximately $8,000–$18,000 per year for a typical course load.


Actual costs may vary according to the student's degree program, number of credit hours, applicable LPU and site fees, financial aid, housing arrangements, and individual circumstances.


Because individual costs vary, students should confirm their specific tuition and fee requirements before enrollment.


Affordable Christian Higher Education


JC College is committed to making Christian higher education accessible while helping students prepare for lives of purposeful service, leadership, and ministry.


Eligible students may qualify for federal, institutional, and other forms of financial assistance. FAFSA  and eligibility and award amounts are determined according to applicable requirements and Life Pacific University's financial-aid policies.


Complete the free application for Federal Student Aid at StudentAid.gov. Add LPU to your ‘schools list’ using our school code: 016029. Your FAFSA information and award package will be processed after you have submitted an application for admission. Processing takes 1-2 weeks.

  • What does a typical day look like?

    LPU's current bachelor's Church Partner programs are taught online, with semesters divided into 8-week sessions plus a 16-week course. Full-time students should expect approximately 12–15 hours per course each week for academic work. With cohorts and site meeting and conferences scheduled in advance, depeding on degree program.


    Afternoon at JC College / Leadership Development


    Depending on the student's schedule, time may be devoted to mentoring, leadership development, meetings, preparation for ministry, study groups, or practical training.


    Afternoon / Evening Ministry & Internship


    Students may serve at JC College, Jesus Church, or approved ministry and community settings, depending on their ministry assignment.


    This may include:


    Worship and production

    Children's or youth ministry

    Outreach and evangelism

    Community service

    Pastoral care

    Missions

    Administration

    Communications and media

    Leadership development

    Special events

    Other approved ministry experiences


    Evening is Community & Student Life

    Students may participate in church services, small groups, fellowship, community events, ministry activities, or personal study.
